Outstanding Achievement Award
The Outstanding Achievement Award is a very special accolade that is awarded to an individual in recognition of the contribution they have made within the preschool product space. Nominees can come from any aspect of the industry (retailer, supplier, licensing or other). All nominations will be treated in the strictest of confidence.

Open to major supermarket retailers of preschool products.
Best Preschool Apparel Range
Open to all apparel and accessories aimed at 0 to 5 year olds. This includes nightwear, daywear, outerwear, underwear, footwear, dress-up etc. Products must be new or significantly updated in the last calendar year (1 July 2023 to 1 July 2024) and must be being sold at retail.
Best Licensed Toy Range (12m+)
Open to licensed toys and games aimed at 0-5 year olds. Products must be new or significantly updated in the last calendar year (1 July 2023 to 1 July 2024) and must be being sold at retail.
Best STEM / Educational Range
Open to all technology-based, developmental or STEM product aimed at 0 to 5 year olds. Products must be new or significantly updated in the last calendar year (1 July 2023 to 1 July 2024) and must be being sold at retail.
Best Preschool Publishing Range
Open to all books, calendars, and other print-based preschool product aimed at 0 – 5 year olds. Products must be new or significantly updated in the last calendar year (1 July 2023 to 1 July 2024) and must be being sold at retail.
Best Preschool Home or Furniture Range
Open to all bedding, furniture lighting and home dècor products aimed at 0 – 5 year olds. Products must be new or significantly updated in the last calendar year (1 July 2023 to 1 July 2024) and must be being sold at retail.
Best Preschool Gift Range
Open to all giftware ranges aimed at 0 – 5 year olds. Products must be new or significantly updated in the last calendar year (1 July 2023 to 1 July 2024) and must be being sold at retail.
Best Wheeled Goods Range
Open to all prams, strollers and travel systems. Products must be new or significantly updated in the last calendar year (1 July 2023 to 1 July 2024) and must be being sold at retail.
Best Preschool Essentials Range
Open to products that are deemed essential for children, such as medical, safety, travel and more. Products must be new or significantly updated in the last calendar year (1 July 2023 to 1 July 2024) and must be being sold at retail.
Best Infant Development Range
Open to products aimed at 0 – 24 months that are aimed at babies and newborns, i.e. playmats, mobiles, sensory based products etc. Products must be new or significantly updated in the last calendar year (1 July 2023 to 1 July 2024) and must be being sold at retail.
Best Multiple Retailer of Preschool Products
Open to multiple retailers of preschool products - 6+ stores.
Best Mixed Retailer of Preschool Products
Open to retailers who may not specialise in preschool products as their main offer
Best Department Store Retailer of Preschool Products
Open to department store retailers who also excel with preschool products.
Best Online Retailer of Preschool Products
Open to e-commerce retailers of preschool products, who may or may not have a physical store too.
Best Independent Nursery Retailer
Open to independent nursery retailers – up to 5 stores.
Best Independent Apparel Retailer
Open to independent apparel retailers – up to 5 stores.
Best Independent Giftware Retailer
Open to independent gift retailers – up to 5 stores.
Best Independent Toy Retailer
Open to independent toy retailers - up to 5 stores.
The Marketing Award
This very special award is open to all suppliers, distrbutors, retailers or any other company in the preschool aged sector, for any kind of marketing communication including TV advertising, PR campaign, outdoor event, experiential activity, promotion, sponsorship or on-line campaign for any product or service related to the preschool sector during the period 1 July 2023 to 1 July 2024.
Best Non-Licensed Toy Range (12m+)
Open to all non-licensed toys and games aimed at 0-5 year olds. Products must be new or significantly updated in the last calendar year (1 July 2023 to 1 July 2024) and must be being sold at retail.
The Eco Award
This special product award is for one product or range across all sectors in the 0-5 age range and will recognise and reward the credentials of a product/range on a sustainability front. Products must be new or significantly updated in the last calendar year (1 July 2023 to 1 July 2024) and must be being sold at retail.
Best Preschool Retailer Initiative
Nominees for this award could be UK-based retailers selling preschool product that have undertaken an activity or series of activities to promote the preschool market. These awards are for a retailer's specific initiative or its overall approach over the last year (period 1 July 2023 - 1 July 2024).
Best Car Seat Range
Open to all car seats aimed at babies and children 0-5 years. Products must be new or significantly updated in the last calendar year (1 July 2023 to 1 July 2024) and must be being sold at retail.
Best Wholesaler/Distributor of Preschool Product
Open to all distributors and wholesalers of preschool product, operating in the UK.
